How long it takes
After the contract is signed and the deposit is received, we can typically install your roof within 3 to 4 weeks, sometimes sooner. Many homes are one-day projects and we’re gone before dinner time; larger or more complex roofs can take several days. We roof in weather above 40 degrees, so the best time to replace your roof is when you need it.
You don’t need to be home. Many homeowners prefer to be out for the day, away from the nailing and the noise, and we keep you up to date by text, by phone and on the live photo timeline.
After we install your new roof, we offer a yearly check-up to catch small problems before they grow, and an inspection about a year before your manufacturer warranty runs out, so nothing stands in the way of a warranty claim.
Materials
We replace roofs in architectural shingles, standing seam metal and flat membranes (EPDM or TPO). We work directly with the manufacturers and distributors we partner with, which often saves on materials and delivery, so we don’t offer installation of materials you buy yourself. We’re a CertainTeed ShingleMaster contractor, an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and an IKO ROOFPRO Select contractor. Shingle roofs and metal roofs have the detail.
Cost
The price of your roof depends on its size, shape and complexity, and on how steep it is. Our average roofing project costs anywhere from $10,000 to over $20,000. We offer lifetime workmanship warranties, and financing with pre-approval that doesn’t hit your credit.
We ask for a 20% down payment, based on the initial estimate, before work begins; it secures your materials and your place in the schedule. The balance is due once the work is completed to your satisfaction. If you finance, there’s no initial deposit.

Excellent roof replacement by Ryan and his crew. Ryan was quick to identify original home construction crew did not add step flashing. He added step flashing to prevent roof leak. This crew arrived bright and early and completed the work in one day, Cleanup was excellent, all debris completely removed and they even used magnets to find any magnets. Questions
What is the difference between a roof repair and a roof replacement?
A repair fixes one or two small problems, like a leak, with patching. A replacement removes your old roof and installs a brand new one. If problems sit too long, the roof declines fast and a replacement you could have avoided becomes necessary.
Do the roofers need to come inside?
Usually not. We can typically make all the preparations and complete the work without coming inside, so we won’t disturb your family’s day.
Will I need to replace my gutters if I get my roof replaced?
It depends on how your gutters were installed. Even if we have to take them down for a while, we can usually put them back. A new roof is a great time to upgrade your gutters, though, because it keeps them from being damaged during the roofing work.
Do I need to be home while my roof is replaced?
In almost every situation, no. A roof replacement is a construction zone, so think about pets and children, who may find the new faces and noise stressful. If you’d like to be home, just let us know whenever you need to come outside so we can keep you and your family safe.
How quickly can you replace my roof?
