A leak doesn’t always mean a new roof. The age of your roof, its overall health and the extent of the damage decide the right answer, and we’ll give you an honest one.
Roofs can last for decades, but only with proper care and the occasional repair. Our team inspects thoroughly, looks for hidden leaks and missing pieces, and gives honest feedback. We will never sell you something you don’t need, but we will make sure your roof is doing its job of keeping you, your family and your things safe.
How a repair visit works
- The repair assessmentOur repair mechanic comes out, works out what needs to be done and gives you pricing and a plan. The assessment is $129.
- Be there for the first lookIf you have a leak inside, we ask that you’re home or available for the assessment, so we can see the leak itself.
- The repairOnce it’s scheduled, you don’t need to be home for the repair to be done.
What we repair
We repair most of the roofing systems you’ll find on a home: architectural shingles, standing seam metal and flat membranes (EPDM and TPO), plus torch down, exposed fastener metal, modified bitumen, slate and cedar shake.
The full picture: a roof inspection
If you want a complete health report on your roof and its life expectancy, we do an in-depth inspection with a photo and written report for $329. If you can see storm damage from wind or hail, the storm inspection is free.

Considering how unresponsive some contractors are these days, I'd give these folks a 6 if I could. Closing on a property in less than a week, we needed a roof leak repaired quickly. Kim moved some work around on her end and had their tech Bill, out within a few days. The leak was hidden behind some flashing but Bill knew immediately what to do. The world would be a much better place if all techs were as courteous, knowledgeable, and professional as Bill. The man even cleared the gutters while he was up there. This is a wonderful company. Prompt response when I asked them to evaluate a small area of damage on my roof. Bill was great. Gave me a very fair estimate (which did not change after the work was completed), walked around my house & pointed out a few areas needing attention that I could do myself. He was very efficient, even fixing a loose downspout he noticed! Will use them again.

How often should I have my roof inspected?
It’s best to have a professional look at least every few years. You can also look over your roof yourself a couple of times a year, safely, for obvious damage.
Can I patch my roof myself?
A roof repair can be unsafe if you don’t know what you’re doing. This is not a time to do it yourself.
Will you inspect my attic?
If there is attic access, yes, for a more thorough look and a better plan for your home.
